That any payment of Incentive by whatever names it is called unrelated to their
respective sales volume is prohibited.
That the Distributor or his/her relatives (relative means dependent son or
daughter, father/mother, spouse) shall not engage in any activities of Multi Level
Marketing of any other entity. If it is found then such Distributor shall be
terminated.
That the Distributor is prohibited from listing, marketing, advertising, promoting,
discussing, or selling any product, or the business opportunity on any website or
online forum that offers like auction as a mode of selling.
That the Distributor hereby undertakes not to compel or induce or mislead any
person with any false statement /promise to purchase products from the
Company or to become Distributor of the Company.
That the Distributor and the company hereby undertakes not to indulge in money
circulation scheme or any act barred by the Prize Chits and Money Circulation
Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978.
That the Company/Distributor shall not promote a pyramid scheme, as defined in
Clause 1(12) of the “Advisory to state Government/Union territories on Model
Guideline on Product selling” issued by the Department of consumer Affairs,
Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Government of India Dt.
09th Sep. 2016 F.NO. 21/18/2014-IT(Vol-II). In the garb of Product selling
Business opportunities.
निषेध (Prohibitions)
यह निषिद्ध है कि किसी भी प्रकार का प्रोत्साहन (Incentive), चाहे उसे किसी भी नाम से पुकारा जाए,
संबंधित बिक्री मात्रा (Sales Volume) से असंबंधित रूप में प्रदान किया जाए।
वितरक (Distributor) अथवा उसके रिश्तेदार (रिश्तेदार से आशय आश्रित पुत्र या पुत्री, पिता, माता तथा
पति/पत्नी से है) किसी अन्य संस्था की मल्टी लेवल मार्केटिंग (Multi Level Marketing) गतिविधियों में संलग्न
नहीं होंगे। यदि ऐसा पाया जाता है, तो ऐसे वितरक की सदस्यता/वितरकता तत्काल समाप्त कर दी जाएगी।
वितरक को किसी भी ऐसी वेबसाइट या ऑनलाइन मंच पर, जहाँ नीलामी (Auction) के माध्यम से बिक्री
की जाती हो, किसी उत्पाद अथवा व्यावसायिक अवसर को सूचीबद्ध करने, विपणन करने, विज्ञापित करने,
प्रचारित करने, चर्चा करने या बेचने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
वितरक यह वचन देता है कि वह किसी भी व्यक्ति को कंपनी के उत्पाद खरीदने अथवा कंपनी का वितरक
बनने के लिए किसी भी प्रकार के झूठे कथन, भ्रामक जानकारी या असत्य वादे द्वारा बाध्य, प्रेरित अथवा
गुमराह नहीं करेगा।
वितरक तथा कंपनी यह वचन देते हैं कि वे किसी भी धन-परिचालन योजना (Money Circulation
Scheme) अथवा प्राइज चिट्स एवं मनी सर्कुलेशन स्कीम (प्रतिषेध) अधिनियम, 1978 के अंतर्गत प्रतिबंधित
किसी भी गतिविधि में संलग्न नहीं होंगे।
कंपनी/वितरक किसी भी पिरामिड योजना (Pyramid Scheme) को बढ़ावा नहीं देंगे, जैसा कि
उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग, उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा
दिनांक 09 सितम्बर 2016 को जारी “उत्पाद विक्रय पर मॉडल दिशानिर्देशों संबंधी राज्य सरकारों/केंद्र शासित
प्रदेशों हेतु परामर्श” की धारा 1(12) में परिभाषित किया गया है। उत्पाद विक्रय व्यवसायिक अवसरों की आड़
में ऐसी किसी पिरामिड योजना का प्रचार-प्रसार नहीं किया जाएगा।
