“My dear associates,
I am R. K. Yadav, and I had the honor of serving the nation for nearly 23 years as an Assistant Commandant in the CRPF. During
my service, I worked across various parts of the country and faced serious challenges such as Naxalism, terrorism, and insurgency. I
feel proud that for my contribution, I was honored with the ‘Police Medal for Gallantry’ by the Hon’ble President of India.
After completing this proud journey of serving the nation, my purpose has now evolved—to contribute towards society by
creating a path of health, self-reliance, and a life of dignity. With this vision, I decided to establish WELLVICA Private Limited.
In today’s direct selling industry, we see that many young individuals, unemployed people, educated youth, women, homemakers, students, and workers step into this field with great enthusiasm. However, many of them are often influenced by unrealistic promises, exaggerated claims, and false expectations. As a result, the same energy with which they begin their journey gradually turns into disappointment, and they leave the industry.
Based on my years of experience and deep observation, I have studied around 23 key reasons why people fail in this industry. At
WELLVICA, we have seriously worked on addressing these challenges and have designed our system and marketing plan in a way that overcomes these limitations.
Direct selling is a powerful and respectable industry—it simply requires the right direction, the right mindset, and the right
system. Our goal is to create a positive, transparent, and supportive environment where every individual receives respect,
proper guidance, and a genuine opportunity to grow.
We are building a platform where even those individuals who left this industry earlier can rebuild their identity and confidence. At
the same time, we have placed special focus on product quality, branding, and usability so that customers naturally stay connected
and a strong repurchase system is developed.
